Laptop turn itself off

For some time my laptop(asus g751) shuts off automatically at different times sometimes 15 minutes (after turning on my laptop) and sometimes after 3 or 4 hour
My laptop was too hot under load but I 've got to stop Intel's Turbo Boost and the problem was solved
Is this a hardware problem?

Are the vents clear... air coming out?
Get some canned air, or, even a hair dryer (on cool setting) and blow out the dust, if any.

I checked them
Cpu cores:35_40 idle, full load 75_80
Gpu:70_75

SEND THAT SUCKER BACK FOR WARRANTY REPAIR FAST!!!! That is a pretty costly laptop and I would do it while you still have a warranty. Thats as long as it is easily replicated.

A computer engineer told me that I unplug the laptop and hold the power button for 30 seconds and the problem was solved!
He said it happens to some laptops and this is not a serious problem
