That's 290g's. Of cold copper goodness. That will get me over 5000 in 3dmark06 for sure. I just hope it's half the price of those damn, overpriced vf900's.

My looong, tireless search is finaly over! Looks like a good performing single slot, passively cooled copper heatsink that will fit my X1650XT and allow it to run silent in my mATX HTPC! :respect:

Um... go for the AcceleroS1 for that... this is way too heavy...

I am going to wait and see just how effective this sucker is, if it's worth the price I may replace my X2 cooler, but I'm pretty happy with my cooler, and I don't think it's the X2's fault that I can't get much of an OC out of my 1950pro...I may find some better heatsinks to replace the ceramic ones on my VRM's though...

Well that's good to know. I was kind of hoping if I had different cooling on the VRM's maybe I could squeeze more OC out of it...ahh well, it does perform really good in games...but I'm addicted to tweaking this thing...it kills me that I can't OC this card very far.

Well thing is, your card is limited by voltages... the only way to voltmod is to bios mod.

Yeah and I've tried that, thus far it hasn't helped..so I run a Bios that has 100% fan speed...oh well it will suffice till I decide to upgrade again in a while..

silent design, with the fan, Im sure it would work well for the midrange cards. Perhaps even for the high end.
