Help! first Gaming PC Need help :(

Hi! I am starting on my First Gaming PC build using my own Money ( with a little help from someone)

I currently Have a
ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING LGA1151 MOTHERBOARD
MSI AMD R9 380 GAMING 4GB DDR5 256BIT OC VIDEOCARD
(both were given by my girlfriend)

, I have $550-$650 to use

with that as the base you'll want a K cpu ( 6600k 6700k)
some ddr4 ram 8 or 16gb gskill ripjaws tend to be my preferred.
a case and power supply. 500-600w will easily cover those parts.
a decent cpu cooler. coolermaster hyper212 is inexpensive and is sufficient for most needs.

a keyboard and mouse if you don't already have. ( you can see if the it staff at work/school has extras. most places do).
a monitor or 1080p tv.

Save money by getting non K cpu, I'd say an i5, 8GB DDR4 (doesn't need to be high bandwidth) Windows 7 or 10. 7200RPM HDD. A Good Gold power supply-Seasonic, XFX, Antec, Enermax, 500-600Watt. Case.

Maybe the email notification system was down that day and didn't go back and pick up the stragglers when it came back up? That came to mind because my inbox was surprisingly empty of TPU emails this morning.

I know you would have helped him if you had seen his thread. It's a mystery to me just how his thread fell through the cracks. I can't remember anyone coming here asking for help and not getting any.
