Correct If I'm paying more than $200 for a PSU I want the best hardware inside it and for me that's Japanese 105 degree Caps preferably Rubicon I will never fully trust caps coming out of china no matter how good someone says they are as you'll never know if they're being made in a quality factory or some shonky little sweat shop in the middle of nowhere

Where it says that "this product line will be available to Super Flower OEM customers" doesn't that mean it's only going to manufacturers who make pre-built units rather than retail? A $200 price-tag is highly unlikely.
Compared to come of the crap I've seen in pre-built machines, this is a massive step up.

Edit - And as R-T-B mentioned, Taiwan is not the same as PRC. Not that it matters either way, you can get crap capacitors just like you can get decent ones from many places.
