AC Syndicate season. pass

My assassin creed syndicate season pass isn't working. In the get add-ons menu it says that I have purchased the dlc but I can't access it. I think the problem may be that I bought the game from steam and the dlc from uplay. But I m not sure if this is it. I can access everything else the pass had such as the extra gear,the dickens mission pack and the long night mission but not the two i wanted lol. I really want to play jack the ripper dlc and the last maharajah. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Last time I had a problem like that with AC BF, I just had to restart my machine, then went back in the game and the dlc was ready to get installed.

I have tried restarting my pc and it didn't help. Do u mean uninstall/reinstall the game,?
