I have a MSI 880GMA-E55 paired with a Phenom II x2 555 which i know for a fact unlocks to x4 on this board without issue.

How ever i have no spare PSU at this time as i waiting on a replacement but it was working last time i tried it, i know the default sound drivers don't work on it as the bios for the onboard sound was flashed ( https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/...olby-digital-live-and-dts-interactive.193148/ ).

Be willing to let it go for $60, will take a few days to send it as i would have to take my other PSU from my other system just to test it, just to make sure although should be perfectly fine as it's just been sitting in it's static bag in it's box.

If interested would be nice to know which OS you plan to use it on so i can make sure all is ok.

I should have the box for the CPU and cooler too, just take a little digging up and would expect the shipping be $15.

I also have an Asus Xonar D1 sound card, and a Cooler Master 650w power supply just chillin that could be thrown in for pretty cheap as well.

I totally agree, these things do some serious work. It had done everything I ever wanted, and did an awesome job at VR. I just don't need two or three mean machines in the same house lol, so......pay it forward price is the result.

Don't terribly want to put it on eBay so I've just sat on it for about 2 months now looking for somewhere to let it go that it'll actually get used.

lol, I'm going to be buying a Ryzen setup to play with as well. I can't stop buying just to see how it feels even if I sell it a month or two later. Curiosity and a few extra bucks are so dangerous for me. FOR SCIENCE!!!!

I don't know if I need risers to use those pcie and well I would like an upgrade from my Core 2 Quad
