aah!!! i have no word,s to describe what my son have done.

minor scratch on screen. Please please is there any solution.

Please see picture and reply me as soon as possible.one problem i live in poor country Pakistan.so if any product related this issue i want to order from amazon or new egg and they took 25 days atleast.

so humble request to all of you need good solution

Well to be honest, those smudges on the display would annoy me more than that little scratch.

I don't think there is much you could do. (besides replacing/sending back).

What's "very urgent" about it?

Send i t back. You knew, or at least should have been aware of, such riskes when ordering from overseas.

But the damage is on a spot that's unlikely to be noticeable during gaming or such. I'd rather clean the monitor first.

She did it after 3 months i bought it and my monitor is now about 4/5 years old.

Note: there are more important things in life to worry about than just a small scratch.

And agree that there is nothing "urgent" here - it's just a small scratch, not a leaked matrix from damaged pixels or something like that...

I had a scratch on my old monitor, tried a few different things to fix it, just made it worse and even more noticeable. Good thing was it was invisible when the PC was on for the most part. OP's scratch looks a lot worse, more of a gouge. I doubt anything will fix it for him, I'd advise just trying to live with it and forgive your son.
