CLU safe to use with water block and gpu?

Yes, but it's conductive so you have to be really really careful with the application. In general, I'd say it is not worth the risk.

Like he says. If you do use it, exercise extreme caution. I use it on my GPU die. But I covered everything nearby that could be shorted by it with dielectric grease as a protective barrier first. Which has been working fine so far.

What about nail Polish? Can I use that?
If I use clu on water block must I also cover the Golden bits or the CPU with nail Polish?

I wouldn't use nail polish. I'm unsure if it's electrically safe. I'd honestly just use a cobventional thermal grease.

You probably could use clear nail polish. But it's less reversible. So I wouldn't for this purpose. That and it would be harder to see if you had enough/good coverage. What I did was gob a good thick layer of clear dielectric grease on the areas inside the red lines. And CLU inside the area within green lines(obviously).

Yes. It's of the same GPU I applied it on. An R9 280X to be specific.

For the CPU little gold bits. The ones inside the ihs area on the die. Can I use colored nail Polish. Or must it be clear absolutely?

I would use clear. In case whatever was used as a colorant might have conductive properties. Might not matter. But clear seems the safest bet.

my question here is... why CLU between CPU IHS and waterblock... ultra worthless
also using it over GPU die still risky for me, worthless, better use some Arctic Cooling MX4 or better, liquid metals are 100% electrically conductive, also might corrode GPU die, CPU IHS and some aluminium blocks are well know for being destroyed, so beware...
