The system is Sol, so you need a Sol pass. For that you need the 4th federal rank.

Dammit I'll have to get back into this. It has been months since I've really given this or SC a fair shake. I at least keep my installs up-to-date though. I have several combat-oriented ships... It's assholes and elbows gentlemen! Let's do this!

Now hopefully I can find some time to join you guys... I have a Cobra MkIII, MkIV, and I forget the ship I bought and spec'd out right before I stopped playing. All I know now is when I load it up...I'm in the middle of BFE in a mine field with a bunch of pissed off pirates all around me... suppose I'll have to fight my way out, earn some bounties.
