Hey guys.. I am building a system...

Asus B350M-A
Ryzen 1800x (cooling H100i)
G.Skill - F4-3200C14D-32GTZKY
280x - waiting for Vega
Evaga 700B

I bought Corsair H100i which comes with a thermal paste.. but I bought thermal grizzly kryonaut thermal paste. Do you guys feel I should leave the stock paste or it's better to use Kryonaut thermal grizzly paste ?

Use the paste you brought. Also I would have suggest artic x4 unless yours is better but yes use yours.

Actually check the temp with the factory standard factory paste first and list the temps

Oh ok. Ya I saw very good reviews and bought it so that it will help better cooling.

The case is Corsair Air 240 as I like a small bild that I can fit in next to my Samsung 65 4k tv.

Your not gaming on the TV are you?
Also a corsair case NICE!
but yes check what the temp are first and list back. May not even really need to use the paste may even send it back and get a refund unless you've uses it

I don't know how much tvs have improved but if you watch linustechtips. monitors are better for gaming tvs have to much input lag and more. Sure they are okay for the console mildly but a monitor if I'm correct will always be better.

I know I've gone off topic sorry about that I apologise but just encase you wanted to know all though you never asked again sorry if that's something you don't care about I don't mean to be rude and off topic your thread

This is a very low lag tv with 120hz.

http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/ks8000

I am planning to buy 4k monitor as soon as I see one that supports free sync and 120hz +

My tv can do 4k 60hz.. I love playing games with it. It's just the perfect gaming tv in my budget.

The difference would be negligible... Don't worry about it. May as well use the paste that comes with it, unless it's not pre applied, then use the stuff you bought. If it's pre applied, no sense wasting it.

Yeah pretty much what I said, if he can get the money back for it he should, even if it's not much money is money.

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
The only way the stock paste would be better is if he borked the application/mount. That said, its only 1-2C difference in the first place. Still, I'd use the Kryo Grizz, absolutely.

Nah. I'm sure keeping the Kryonaut around is a good idea. It's a good paste, and will come in useful for him if he ever needs to apply thermal paste to something again. Trying to return it to get the money back just because he might not need it right now is rather short-sighted. He probably will in the future.
