Thermaltake has introduced another addition to its line of PC tower chassis with the new View 28 RGB Gull-Wing Window. The View 28 features a transparent gull-wing window (transparent on the side and on the top) as well as an advanced, floating GPU mounting system with an optional PCI-e riser cable to facilitate showing off your hardware. It also features a power supply cover for clean cable management, whilst the tinted front panel features a controllable 256-color RGB LED matrix with 11 operating modes, giving users a clean look while "adding incredibly stunning visual perspective to the system."

The view 28 also offers tool-less installation of components, supports motherboards up to standard ATX, a dual expansion slot GPU of up to 410mm in length without front fan (with suggested GPU thickness up to 40 mm - 2-slot reference card standard - with 7mm space for ventilation). The View 28 also has the ability to accommodate multiple 3.5"/2.5" storage devices. As for cooling clearance, users can install up to a 360 mm radiator on the front of the chassis and a 120 mm radiator at the rear. The View 28 RGB also supports a tower CPU cooler with maximum height of 155 mm.

The chassis currently retails in the 80€ to 90€ spectrum in Europe, which should be equivalent to around $79 (remember pricing in Europe tends to be higher than on U.S. soil.

The price of this is ok but the looks are not that appealing imo

At least they are trying something different after all these years of sameoldsameold cases

There are interesting cases outside of US. But shipping fee due to the nature of case size....

Ain't cheap.

What? Pink and rainbows is the best color scheme! Bring on the pink mobos!!! Lol

If their build quality hasn't improved since the likes of their older cases (soprano I'm looking at you) I'll pass, I skipped right past all of TT's cases the other day when looking at ones for my ryzen build because of this.

And these bright multicoloured LED's need to die, keep it subtle unless they're rgb and just highlighting the available colours you can set?

Really, $79'ish? When I started reading the description and looked at the pics I was thinking $100+. The whole RGB thing doesn't blow my skirt up though. If I wore one.

Yes, if I was a pre-teen girl I'd be all over this like a stuffed unicorn...

Looks a lot like the the limited run EKWB Vulture case. Thermaltake likes to make knock offs.

well thats not really so bad seeing as A it was a limited run meaning hard to get now and B that was like a microatx case while this is full.

nice looking case....recently ive felt like thermaltake has upped theyre "Case game" so to speak.

Hmm, well I already like the look just because of how different it is and how you can show off your computer. But the price wins it over for me!

.......ah.....no. but might be ok for someone else....

What is up with that rainbow unicorn horn in the front? Intake? RGB megaphone? RGB is over the top in this industry.

For something that has a Gull-wing in it's name, one would expect the side window to open like the gullwing door on the 1950s Mercedes 300 SL. Which would be awesome.

Would be a cool mod, with remote entry!

And a simple mod too I reckon, drill four holes and done.

You got me thinking there. I like the idea of this case a LOT. This is a case you can put on the floor and still show off your build.

Good airflow for the GPU like that *kappa*
