In this issue of the Ryzen BIOS update digest, we have last week's latest updates. Our BIOS update digest lets you keep track of crucial BIOS updates that improve stability of your AMD Ryzen machine. Our usual format has undergone some tweaks, but it's for the better. For one, we list beta BIOSes as well now. We also only list BIOSes now that have been updated since the last digest, to avoid redundancy.

MSI:

ASUS:
  • ROG Crosshair VI Hero Beta 1107
    Beta- fixes stuck voltage issue

Editorial afterthought: MSI has no changelog for betas, and ASUS has a descriptive one. I feel like my world has turned upside down!

I wonder if actually all the bios making chaps drink toghether and make these things after a weekend hangover.

It actually may not be so far from the truth.

How hard is it to make a table with all this info? It would make it so much more readable.

And a release date for each would be useful too. :)

I actually have that data, but I left it out this time because they have all been released in the same 1 week window. All of them will be like that since this will be a weekly digest. Still think it's important? Let me know, maybe it will come back. :)

This is being debated, and actually, will likely happen as soon as we agree on what format is best. All I can say is you aren't alone in thinking that, so don't worry, we're working on it.

Knowing what a major PITA coding on a machine-level can be, you may be more spot than you think, but I'm betting the "weekend drinks & hangover" come after the bios update is coded, to help them forget the pain they just went through.

Actually some people ENJOY fiddling with bits at machine level. ;)

The formating looks nice now. No need for a table.

I reformatted the post, should be much more readable now

Thanks for establishing a good format. Forum lists rock, I have to remember they exist.

I think they are just deeply confused and like pain.

Thank goodness we have them, though.
