The title states it pretty well. Should I get the 1080 ti founders edition oculus bundle at 1262 usd or the 1080 gigabyte tri fan oculus bundle at 1058 usd? I game at 1440p 60hz, one day hope to get to 144hz. I will be liquid cooling the pc with a custom loop at some point (probably this summer). I'm going to be likely getting a ryzen 1700 as a processor.

How Is overclocking the the founders edition if it has a waterblock? Will it get throttled with 1 6 and 1 8pin connector?

No. The cooler the GPU the better in terms of overclocking these cards. There's more than enough power going to the card.

If you're looking for an aftermarket design on a 1080Ti and are watercooling it, go for this MSI: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137111&cm_re=1080ti-_-14-137-111-_-Product
It uses the Gaming X PCB with a pretty awful cooler. But you save a little money.

It has to be the founders edition because it's in the bundle.
