I cannot import game registry in Win10

Hello all,

I have a simple problem. After my fresh install I would like to import my SkyForce progress. But when I execute the reg. file I get the following error: I googled, but in the best ranked replies, I honestly don't understand what they want me to do. Can someone explain to me how to import this reg key ?

How big is the reg file ?

Can you post the header first few lines here, just to make sure it's a valid reg file ?

also, make sure to import your reg file with administrator rights .

From an elevated prompt, type :

Reg import Sky_Force_Anniversary.reg

If this fail, share your reg file here, i'll try to import it in my own registry and see what's happen.

Sure thing, I realized I shared too few details. File is 56kb (~60kb size on disk ).

May be I did it wrong when I backed up. I found the folder in the Regedit -right click -> export-> save. May be I backed up the wrong thing. I will send you a link with the file.

EDIT: OK, problem is solved. Big thanks to @blobster21 -> awesome job dude. Everything is there. Right where I left it off. + reputation to him.

The reg file you provided imported smoothly on my side.

Though I had to change the [HKEY_USERS] UID to match my own.

[HKEY_USERS\YOUR_REAL_UID_GOES_HERE\Software\Infinite Dreams\Sky Force Anniversary]

The registry editor probably didn't allow to create a brand new UID out of nowhere...
