Nothing is being load balanced when you're selecting a server for download, not sure what the complaint is other than DE-1 being at 97% load.

The DE server is only 100 Mbit, while the others are 1000M.

Looks like a ton of bots that are trying to download stuff using an expired link, also seeing other IPs with similar behaviour. Or could be DOS attempt, dunno, dont care enough.
