Weird colors with latest drivers

This is happening with my brother's computer. The latest nVidia drivers cause all colors to go weird, almost like you're on a bad acid trip. Rolling the drivers back to the older version fixes it.

Anyone else seeing this?

Is anyone else experiencing this issue with these recent drivers? Or is nVidia purposely breaking older video cards?

When it did the update my screen flashed a few times and I had a system crash but after that it was like there was nothing wrong
