I'm having a NO POST problem with nvidia cards on GA-AB350N-Gaming WIFI, any help will be appriciated.

MB: GA-AB350N-Gaming WIFI
CPU: Ryzen 3 1200 (stock)
Cooler: Scythe Mugen 5
Memory: 32gb (2x16) Kingston HyperX Fury Black HX424C15FBK2/32 / Crucial 4gb (1x4gb) BLS4G4D240FSE
PSU: Seasonic G-360 / Corsair SF600
GPU: Gigabyte 1060 3gb ITX / Gigabyte 1050Ti 4gb Low profile / Radeon 6450 1gb low profile
DISK: Samsung 960 Evo M.2 (250gb)

What has been tested with both nvidia cards:

NO POST (cpu and gpu fans start up, integrated led strip starts up).
NO video out (using DVI just to be safe).
Keyboard NumLock light does not work (tried various ports but no go).
CMOS reset and battery out – no go.
BIOS downgrade to older versions – no go.
Ram modules individualy in different slots – no go.
Change PSU - no go.
Remove Samsung 960 Evo - no go.
Change heatsink to stock AMD - no go.
Response form Gigabyte eSupport - still waiting (read - no go)

Build posts normally if i run it headless (without gpu), numlock light comes on and i can controll it's state (ON/OFF).
Only Radeon 6450 works in this build and with this card system is completly stable, stock or overclocked (cpu 3.95 and memory at 2933 - tested with Prime95 + Memtest86).

Both power supplys and both nvidia card have been tested and stressed on previous build:
MB: Gigabyte H55N-USB3 (s.1156)
CPU: i3 540 (OC at 4.6 Ghz)
Memory: Adata 2x2 gb ddr3 1600

...never seen anything like this.
Is there something in BIOS preventing these nvidia card to be initialized properly ?
Should i RMA the board ?

The only semi-accurate way to find out what's wrong, is to hook up an LPC post card to your board. Otherwise I am suspecting a faulty/defective PCIe port on the motherboard.
What's the model of your HD6450? Is it a model with x1, x4 or x16 PCIe bus?
Show me the picture of your Radeon card, if you can (preferably the slot area, so I can see pads).

Little more info:

That 6450 is X16 PCIe slot (PCI Express 2.1).

I've seen this here before.
Put the 6450 back in and then do a thorough removal of the AMD graphics drivers. When you've removed the drivers, shut down and install the Nvidia GPU.

There is no disk/m2 connected to motherboard at this moment - i should be able to enter bios with any of those gpu-s.
CSM enabled/disabled , UEFI boot/Legacy boot - tried all that.
Only 6450 works.

This is a hardware problem and has nothing to do with disk drives (sata or m2).

Have you breadboarded the system?

Also @thebluebumblebee was trying to help as you came here asking for it, don't be pompous or arrogant as that can leave you without help.

In your situation you maybe better off taking it to a shop.
