Yup. Sadly, I do notice piss poor performance over time. I found that alt-tabbing helps.

When I binge-played this, after 3-4 hours I would be looking at 20-25 FPS

Down from 60... even on this rig. But yeah, really cool game, some advice, explore the city as much as you can as early as you can, get all the ATM's so you get a constant cash flow and can quickly research the cool stuff

Otherwise you'll burn up the missions before you get there.

But it's a story, and a damned good one at that! With a twist I didn't see coming. Tragic tale. Oh, and there is no reason to not to play it. It takes an hour, and it is FREE.
