Here's the first teaser picture of NVIDIA's upcoming super high-end GeForce RTX 2080 Ti graphics card, with its most prominent feature being a dual-fan reference-design cooler. Given that blank PCB pictures of the RTX 2080 reference board shows two fan headers, it's possible that NVIDIA could make this dual-fan cooler common for both the RTX 2080 Ti and the RTX 2080+ (a premium 3,072-SP version of the RTX 2080, which could launch in September).

It looks incredibly dysfunctional, the bulk of heatsink is supposedly between the two fans yet the shroud is closed meaning the only exhausts are in the back and front. Seriously, what the hell is that ? Looks very fake to me.

They made so for promotional purposes.

As for the design, the two fans can be logic if the card is all open with heatsink fins on the sides like all other custom cards.

OOT : I really curious why every GPU 'leak' always so close to release date (e.g 1/2 months before D day), and often its very accurate numbers too.
are manufacturer company (ASUS, Gigabyte, etc, etc) not getting sued by nvidia for leakage? OR it is controlled leak to build up hype and rumours by 3rd party card maker under Nvidia permission to do so?
( ex. Nvidia : you may leak PCB, box art, BUT NOT GPU core diagram)

Why? There's only two reasons to get a FE blower one, a) FC GPU waterblocks are quickly available or b) in SLI, hot air is exhausted better. But oh the noise and crappy thermal performance..

the fun is over, Zotac leaked prices... gtx 2080 will cost 800$ and Ti will cost 1100+$, so if these cards are not 50% or more powerful as Pascal - in non Raytrace tasks, then we will have a set back for the whole fricken generation

I look forward to seeing how fast these cards are.. I do wonder if they will be a step forward and back at the same time.... Time will tell I await the reviews.

This was much needed improvement for their in house reference cooling solution. Lack of adequate cooling on my Titan XP hurts it performance like no tomorrow.
