RGB RAM is enemy for overclockers. PCB and circuit design for RGB are interrupt signal which is extremely important for mem OC.
That is why no one buy RGB kit for competitive overclocking especially for 4000+ 12-11-11-28-1T.

Turns out that the RGB RAM can do 4KC12+ but you have to have a board that can handle A2 PCB like X299 OC Formula. Some guys found a trick on the older Z170M OC Formula where you enable XMP and then set your timings and volts for extreme OC.
