Well people i dont know what to say about Apple....First they release iPhone exclusively from AT&T....Later on we learn that T-Mobille is the exclusive carrier for iPhone in Germany.....And now we can find an unlocked iPhone for preorder in Expansys...
Bad for people who signed on with AT&T in order to get their hands on the iPhone but good for the rest of us who could standby and wait....All that remails now is a price...

This is just stupid. I hope Apple Paid AT&T a nice sum of money for this. If Im not mistaken AT&T either paid Apple licensing rights or some sort of contract to be the exclusive provider. If they did indeed do this, Apple will probably have to pay a heavy "Early termination fee"! HAHA
 
1) This is the UK, so the deal with AT&T isn't an issue however I think they have signed a similar deal with O2

2) If you go to that site, the network-unlocked comment has gone, so I expect it was simply a mistake.
 
True...They removed it....However iPhone is also beeing showcased in Greece by an electronics megastore called PLAISIO...They dont have it for purchase yet but since they are having it for showcase purposes perhaps Apple is thinking of a general release.
