Sapphire is ready with its premium Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card, the NITRO+ OC. This card was teased to the web earlier this month, and now we have proper press pics. The RX 5700 XT NITRO+ OC is longer, taller, and thicker than the RX 5700 XT Pulse OC. It appears to feature a different PCB from the Pulse OC, which will feature a stronger VRM setup that pulls power from a pair of 8-pin PCIe power connectors, to support an increased power-limit, and higher boost frequencies.

The cooler is longer than the PCB, and features an elaborate compound aluminium fin-stack heatsink that's ventilated by three fans, two of which are larger 100 mm, and the central one smaller, around 80 mm. The back-plate only covers the length of the PCB, beyond which it has large openings so the extended portion of the heatsink can vent directly through. Display connectivity appears to include two each of DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 connectors. Key specs such as clock-speeds are still under the wraps, but the NITRO+ OC is expected to compete with the fastest RX 5700 XT cards out there. It is already up for pre-order on Amazon France for 470€ including taxes.

Seem to use a similar board to the Pulse, just a cooler change.
Donno what to think of that decision...

finnaly famous nitro+ make a step, and now with a triple fans ever seen:O

6+8 pin power vs 8+8 pin power. Yeah sure, same board.

I didn't say same, i said similar, calm down. A power connection change also does not indicate a change in PCB components, not necessarily.

Also in regarding to fans, Vega 56\64 Nitro had a similar triple fan design

Looks interesting but it has to show its worth the premium over the Pulse

I preferred the nitro design in rx 580 range. Well that is mostly due to me looking for no longer than 270mm gpu.

Pure awesomeness....they got with the Nitro-series. From now on, AMD card= NITRO GLOW FTW!

Has a nice gun mental look to it, wish the backplate was similar but then again it still looks nice.

Betting this will be the best 5700 xt as far as performance in comparison to other non-reference oems, and willing to say power consumption on non-reference oems.

Very nice, do not expect much additional performance since the Navi chips look to be maxed out, but at least get top binned chips and best in class air cooler. Only issue I see is the fin stack direction. Will probably still get my purchase if it hits those targets and non-stratospheric pricing.

YESSSSS! This is the GPU I have been waiting for. Which would be a worthwhile upgrade from my current Sapphire Nitro + Vega 56 limited edition I have! Nitro plus+ family for the win!
