Sets the typing rate for the con/keyboard?

Other popular options were setting the stack size and stuff like that. And making sure Norton Utilities was in your path

A cookie for the ones that know what it does.

I know it but I did not actually needed to use it for setting the rate. Also, the lines setting was not needed at all since my MS-DOS file manager could switch between modes.
