so they are targeting creative folk with this, but they are only offering intel variants. More has proven to be king when rendering. Maybe COLORFUL will hire someone smarter next time to design this kind of rig.

TL;DR - pleasing external aesthetics, cheaply designed for metric tonnes of $$$. Build your own work rig/mini-PC yourself. The end.

OK, so let's start with CPU. Is that a joke? 9700F. Granted Photoshop (or Adobe) in general is terrible at scaling, but take Affinity Photo and you'll choke the crap out of that CPU when all-pitiful 8 cores are loaded. On 1st and 2nd gen TR you can load all cores available when jumping between projects or loading metric ton of filters and layers.

VGAs, uh... yes sure you can render CUDA-RTX stuff on all of them, but knowing how much difference there is between 2080Ti and 2080S and below that begs the question, are these mini-PC targeted at clueless semi-artists or really only for gamers?


OS - Windows 10 Home. Give me a break... Pro is absolute requirement, at least you have some control over the system. You can prevent Updates screwing your working day.

HDD in a photo/graphic/rendering/designer machine? Feeling quite all right you guys? Not a single bloody TB3 output. No option to add more NVMe (cheap-o consumer level CPU).

Nearly 2800 USD for top model. They smoking some potent stuff...

Fabric-lined panels = DUST MAGNETS = do you bill your clients for the vac time or just eat it as a CODB hahahah ?????

I'm pretty sure most design/artistic pros would much rather be creating stuff than be stuck on vac duty for the 1st or last hour of every work day.........
