EK Water Blocks, the premium liquid cooling gear manufacturer, is launching six-piece multipacks of the entire Torque series fittings due to their increasing popularity and demand as these are the only fittings on the market that feature replaceable aesthetic color rings. These six-pack fittings come in three different finishes - Nickel, Satin Black, and Black Nickel.

EK-Quantum Torque 6-Pack STC (Soft Tube Compression) fitting multipack is a soft-tube compression fitting pack designed for use with flexible soft tubing such as PVC, EPDM, Norprene, silicone, or any other type of compatible flexible tube. EK-Quantum Torque Fittings have a non-intrusive, yet striking look, and with NO added branding at all, they can be complemented by the interchangeable aesthetic color rings, which are purchased separately. These fittings are an ideal choice for anyone who wants to easily refresh the look of their liquid-cooled PC and are a perfect match for the EK-Quantum series products. These are secure variants of the tubing fitting connector as the locking ring prevents a flexible tube from being pulled out of the fitting by compressing the tubing wall underneath the ring. Such fitting does not require any hose clamp or a similar substitute.

These six-piece multipack EK-Quantum Torque fittings are available in 10/13 mm (3/8" / 1/2") ID/OD, 10/16 mm (3/8" / 5/8") ID/OD, and 12/16 mm (7/16" - 5/8") ID/OD sizes, in all three finishes.

EK-Quantum Torque 6-Pack HTC
EK-Quantum Torque 6-Pack HTC (Hard Tube Compression) fitting multipack is a hard-tube compression fitting pack designed for use with solid tubing such as Acrylic, PETG, Copper, Stainless Steel, Glass, Carbon Fiber, or any other type of compatible hard tube. EK-Quantum Torque Fittings have a non-intrusive yet striking look, and with NO added branding at all, they can be complemented by the interchangeable aesthetic color rings, which are purchased separately. These fittings are an ideal choice for anyone who wants to easily refresh the look of their liquid-cooled PC and are a perfect match for the EK-Quantum series products. These are secure variants of the tubing fitting connector as it prevents a solid tube from being pulled out of the fitting by compressing the rubber gasket underneath the ring.

These six-piece EK-Quantum Torque HTC fitting multipacks are available in 12 mm (7/16") OD, 14 mm (9/16") OD, and 16 mm (5/8") OD sizes, in all three finishes.

Availability and Pricing
New Torque six-piece multipack fittings are designed and engineered in Slovenia, Europe. All multipack fittings are already available for purchase through EK Webshop or EK Partner Reseller Network. In the table below you can see the manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP).

Yeah ... pricing means it's a big no.

These are nearly as expensive as Bitspower fittings are outside of Taiwan, and EK is in the proverbial gutter quality wise compared with Bitspower.

They're also vastly more expensive than Bykski or Barrow (~2.5x the price), but much poorer quality if previous EK fittings are anything to go by.

With a few exceptions in their product line, EK have become little more than a brand*** ... and a very expensive one at that.

Their new flat reservoirs and distro plates are probably the best illustration of this ... the most expensive on the market, and inexplicably bad or thoughtless design.

***At least they can claim to still be better than Corsair or Thermaltake water cooling stuff.

HI,
Guess the real question unless I missed it is,
What are they made of ?
Seen some ek fitting that startout as brass but no mention of what these are made of just what coating options are.

35EUR to 46EUR? I rather just use bulk fittings which cost about 3EUR/piece.

Hi,
Looks like brass so price wise not so bad now heck other brass/... fittings like bitspower cost more and are also brass plus coatings of choice.

The fitting barb and the compression rings are covered with a unique, high-quality satin black finish. Both are made of CNC machined brass and the seal is made quality rubber O-rings. Black EK-Torque series fittings are intentionally not painted on the inside to reduce the level of possible pollutants in the loop.

35EUR to 46EUR? I rather just use bulk fittings which cost about 3EUR/piece.

After (5) water loops since 2014, I'd rather use no fittings at all which cost even less than 3eur/piece. :D

Amazing thermal results using mid to upper-range air coolers is how I've come 'round full circle since 2012. It's all about the quality of the - Seating and the Silicon.

...There's much more science within the thermal transfer equation of course yet - in a nutshell. :)

So what I REALLY wanna know is why they mentioned the color accent rings but didn't list any prices for them ?

Probably cause they will cost as much or more than the fittings themselves....hehehehe ....

EK seems to send out a new press release every single week. I just don't get it.

Best looking new water components I've seen lately are the AquaComputer Ultitube (kinda silly naming) glass reservoirs, they look really nice.

Simple basic yet modern. No central axis attaching the lid. Not certain just how they accomplished that? Threaded glass? who knows...

But it looks very good.
