HP Updates OMEN 15 Laptop Design, Now Features AMD Ryzen 7 4800H and GeForce RTX 2060

It's not aimed at gamers, so the 2060 is enough for most in that thin and light laptop form.
well, not about this specific laptop, any ryzen 4000 laptop announced so far only tops at 2060 ;)

Not all of them and more models are coming.

A laptop with a Geforce RTX 2060, a gaming GPU, is not a gaming laptop? :wtf::kookoo:
I never said that, stop making up things.
I merely pointing out, no ryzen 4000 laptop with GPU more powerful than 2060 as of now. which part of that that you cannot comprehend?

I think the guy quoted the wrong comment.

Yep, good old Lex, opinionated and losing it.
p.s. I was talking about the thin and light form factor of the laptop not being suitable for gaming.
I didn't think I would have to explain that bit.

It's okay...but the design is pretty bland, and the card is old and mid range. Also this laptop will be sandwiched between more powerful nvidia super laptops that will already be available, and nvidia 3000 series laptops that will probably be available around this time next year....it'll be outdated before its release. I hope Hp releases a higher end Omen 2070/2080 super laptop, that's cooler (literally, looking at the one grill on this laptop, and figuratively, looking at how bland the design is) soon.

You misunderstood me, that part of my comment was aimed at the person who made the comment you were quoting. I was agreeing with you.

I think the guy quoted the wrong comment.
No I made the right quote, was just trying to be a bit subtle. Perhaps too much so..

Thus the spacing. My point was that any PC that includes a solid Gaming GPU is intended to be a gaming system. Any notion otherwise is just silly nonsense.

This is now available for pre order from Amazon UK for £1199. A few specifications have also been confirmed. 144hz Ips screen and a 70.9Wh battery being the main ones. I've pre ordered but no estimated delivery date yet.
