G.SKILL International Enterprise Co., Ltd., the world's leading manufacturer of extreme performance memory and gaming peripherals, is thrilled to claim yet another world record, in close cooperation with the ASUS ROG team, for the fastest memory frequency at an incredible DDR4-6666, achieved by the G.SKILL Trident Z Royal DDR4 memory with the latest Intel Core i9-10900K processor and ASUS ROG Maximus XII APEX motherboard, based on the new Intel Z490 chipset. Please refer to the video below to see the exciting record breaking moment: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t-vXqT3SKUM

Along with the latest release of the 10th Gen Intel platform, ASUS and G.SKILL worked closely to achieve a new world record for the fastest memory frequency. Using liquid nitrogen for extreme system cooling, this memory frequency world record is set at a whopping DDR4-6666. This world record is achieved with the ASUS ROG Maximus XII APEX motherboard, the latest ATX form factor motherboard based on the Intel Z490 chipset, and the Intel Core i9-10900K processor. See below for a screenshot of the world record specifications.

Can we have some nice record set with standard cooling (or non-existing one) for a change? Those LN2 or LH2 are so boring...

There's not much to be gained really. When you apply LN2 or some stuff you need a far less higher voltage, and far less current in comparison to traditional cooling to get the same clocks / speeds.

So if you want a cool OC buy the fastest memory your budget allows you and go for it.

So, one stick @ 3333 with 31-63-63-63-CR3 latencies. Yeah, not impressed...

The XMP 5000 is done with liquid cooling admittedly.
4800MHz on air below.
Both obviously using two DIMMs.

At an incredible DDR4-6666?

Something smells fishy in Denmark. I believe these overclockers made a sweet deal with an EVIL entity.
