The Lexar DDR4-2666 SODIMM Laptop Memory and Lexar DDR4-2666 UDIMM Desktop Memory both offer speeds of 2666 MT/s so you can wake up your PC. This performance upgrade gives you faster startups, increased responsiveness, quicker application load times, and is an overall upgrade to your operating experience so you can multitask with ease.

Always good with more competition BUT we need more actual memory chip manufacturers.

Price syndicates among memory manufacturers is a problem BUT the new up and coming Chinese memory chip manufacturers can be the cure for this as soon as they ramp up production.

Chinese government got tiered of being price extorted by these price syndicates so they invested billions $$$ in Chinese memory manufacturers to solve the problem with high memory prices.

Funny to see how these memory manufacturers with their price syndicates painted them self's in to a corner, they woke the big Chinese dragon with their greed, it will be near impossible for them to continue controlling memory prices in the future.

UDIMM can stand for unbuffered/unregistred DIMM
this RAM is 2666 CL19 wich is slow as f*ck
at least it should not boot with only 2133, but with 2666 out of th box because the 2666 is SPD, non-XMP, but the spec sheet could have errors

For their first product(s) surely they could have started with some performance-class sticks, like 3200 - 4800mhz.... instead of these slow as frozen Molasses pugs....
