Klevv, a subsidiary of SK Group, today announced two new DDR4 memory product lines - one with RGB flavoring, the other without. The Cras XR RGB features a metal heatspreader with a dotted pattern (42.5 mm height), topped by an RGB LED bar compatible with multiple RGB control software in the market (think ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, and Razer Chroma RGB, among others). The Cras XR RGB is available in kits ranging from 8 GB single-stick through to 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) kits in multiple memory speeds; 3600 MHz with 18-22-22-42 timings @ 1.35 V (up to 2x 16 GB); 4000 MHz with 19-25-25-45 timings @ 1.40 V (up to 2x 8 GB) and 4200 MHz with 19-26-26-46 timings @ 1.40 V (up to 2x 8 GB).

The Bolt XR forgoes the RGB lighting and uses a textured metal heatspreader with black branding (36.7 mm height). The Bolt XR isn't available at the top 4200 MHz speed, though; it seems top performance is reserved for RGB enthusiasts. The only available speeds are 3600 MHz with 18-22-22-42 timings @ 1.35 V (up to 2x 16 GB) and 4000 MHz with 19-25-25-45 timings @ 1.40 V (up to 2x 8 GB). No word on pricing or availability was known at time of writing, though Klevv does offer a limited lifetime warranty for these modules.

Overall nice looking, but the double branding on the RGB version seems really unnecessary and annoying, as does the lack of pricing & availability info :)

I have never seen a single KLEV memory kit for sale in North America. I'm guessing they simply are not interested in this market?

it's not easy to enter markets, though their second youtube video from 2015 is at PAX south as if they intended to enter years ago, so it must be some distribution issue

this or last year i read that hynix is (re?)entering the american market, so if "a subsidiary of sk group" is correct, that might be related & maybe eventually we'll start seeing them

(i dont think i've heard of klevv before)

4000 @ 19-25-25-45 1.40V seems to be BCPB since I checked 3 same parameter memory modules (HOF OC Lab Aurora 4000 19-25-25-45 1.40V) with Thaiphoon.

But I don’t know why Samsung B-die has such a terrible parameter.

3600 18-22-22 and 4000 19-25-25? These timings are pure garbage even compared to other CJR kits, which these probably are, since KLEVV serves as Hynix's equivalent to Micron's Crucial.

Yeah, KLEVV has always made pretty RAM especially DDR3, but it's priced to match its looks and what's actually under the heatspreaders is laughable to say the least. I guess form over function companies like KLEVV do survive on gullible consumers after all.

I have a 4x4GB DDR43000 Klevv Cras kit from a few years ago that came from Newegg. They were on the market for a hot minute. Good ram, but damn pricey.

Testing polygon mayhaps?
Hynix E?R has been spotted in the wild already and I'd actually hazard to guess it's the Klevvs where most experiments are carried out. Then Kingstons probably (with their pathological love of JJR).
