Sapphire Radeon RX 6800 XT NITRO+ Pictured, Too

 Looking at this makes me miss my Nitro+ 5700XT

Also, to the peeps complaining about the RGB, you could, you know, just turn it off or save a little cash and buy the standard edition. Just saying. Sapphire offered the same two versions for the 5700 series as well.

the render might be bad, but dont forget RGB can be turned off or set to plain white

Nice looking card and now I'm torn apart. I know this isn't a reference card but I'm not sure which one I should go with to get my liquid cooling. Besides, the shroud looks nice as it is it would have been a waste not to have it.
Oh yeah, people complain about RGB's all the time not even realizing you can switch it off. Maybe it's the time of the year.

RGB fan is Nitro+ SE. Usual Nitro+ has black fans.

O yeah you're correct.. I'm not upgrading though, I just love seeing what kind of design they bring to us with every generation.

If you want to liquid cool, buy a cheaper one.

It's a waste to buy this beefy air cooling solution just to slap water cooling on it.

I been thinking about reference card instead of the Nitro+. What I'm struggling now is, this card looks really nice.

Ah, you're struggling between reference + water or simply buy the best air-cooled?

I had similar thoughts for the 5700XT and I reached the conclusion that I much prefer to spend an extra 50 euro to buy a better air cooled card than deal with water cooling. It's cheaper, more reliable in the long run, and requires much less work.

IMHO water cooling is worth it if you want to do really heavy OC ar simply if you really like this type of tinkering or look.

If i go reference it will end up with water. This card, Nitro+ looks nice and I'm sure it will do the job just fine and that is my struggle. Reference + water or Air cooled like Nitro+
I know the water can be tough and would require some time to get it running but I been promising myself I will go with the water but there was always something against. Also this Nitro looks awesome and that's the struggle.
If I go water I will OC but that depends how much OC can you get out of the 6800XT. Not sure if it will be hard but nothing would stood against heavy OC. Besides it would give me the comfort, to choose how much I would want to OC the card. Honestly, at this point I don't even know if the water is worth it with the 6800XT. Maybe it will not OC well who knows. Time will tell.

Love me some Sapphire Nitro cards, I'll wait for the 6900 XT version.
