I have been using Thermalright Extreme Oddisey pads for repairing old consoles and low power pcs and other devices to avoid changing thermal paste every few years and they do a good job. You will have to look into your desired size though.
As for news for alphacool's AIO, you can look in this forum thread. Don't expect it for 3 months, they still have to announce it.
