What's the point of DVI/D-Sub outputs on expensive MBs?

If someone has enough cash to buy Z590 board, then they surely already have a display with HDMI/DP.

It does also come with HDMI, DP, Thunderbolt over USB-C

I agree it's a bit archaic but DVI/D-Sub is useful for KVMs and other display devices; Not everything is a monitor/TV and most high-end graphics cards don't have DVI outputs (and even if they do, they don't support D-Sub either). It's therefore refreshing to see that on the board.

The goofy giant heatsink, the lack of a io plate. Is it silver or white? I cant tell...Even if i blacked out the rig, Id have to rattle can the sinks to hide it. Just not my cup o tea.

It's exactly as ugly as the other three most popular boards at this price point, all lacking an IO plate, hard to tell if they're silver or white, and covered in pointless, ugly off-angle slashes and stripes.

Asus/Asrock/Gigabyte:

I'm sure everyone knows how much I hate Asian design language by this point, but it seems hard to criticise Biostar when they're doing what everyone else is doing.
