You'd hope that, yes, but I've never known miners to be smart when acting on herd mentality, sadly.

Considering the fact that game technology hasn't improved a lot since the release of Turing (meaning that a base 2060 is still more than enough for 1080p), this card would be just fine if...
... the 12 GB VRAM didn't suggest an intended market of miners...
... enforced by the non-existent MSRP so that only miners will be able to afford it.
