Highly considered by the masses as the best budget-friendly performer, BIOSTAR's A320MH motherboard finally gets a BIOS update to support AMD's 5000 series processors. BIOSTAR A320MH users now have the opportunity to upgrade their systems to the latest AMD's 5000 series processors and get a significant boost in performance and productivity out of their systems. With BIOSTAR's official BIOS patch version A32ESB17, users can upgrade to a range of new processors like the Ryzen 7 5800X.

We can see many motherboard manufacturers follow BIOSTAR's approach providing a new version of BIOS for their A320 motherboards to support AMD Zen 3 processors. This move is undoubtedly a great boon for users of the A320MH motherboard extending the product use cycle even further. Ryzen 5000 series supporting processors list for A320MH motherboard. It is important to note that the updated AMD Ryzen 5000 series is only supported but does not include the 5000G series APU. This is because of limitations of BIOS ROM capacity; the updated Bristol Ridge processor will no longer be supported.

"limitations of BIOS ROM capacity"
And yet it has a removable Bios chip on the Motherboard.
I wonder how long until one is brought out with the capacity to hold all CPU details so they can run.
Also, those poor VRMs are going to suffer.

lmao, I was not expecting to see the motherboard I used to build my Dad's apu setup like 3 years ago here... random as **** for almost being 2022. but I'll take it. hell, I might even upgrade my dad to a low end 5000 APU, just cause this post cracked me up

@btarunr do you know when Ryzen 3 5300GE will be sold in usa stores? i can't seem to find it anywhere.

Never. It is OEM only.

And be careful with those, motherboards do not support all APU's. Always check the CPU list.

I won't bother upgrading him then, he only does web browsing and checking email, so his first gen ryzen apu is plenty fine still. would have done it if it was only a $100 upgrade though

OEM can suck it

Wow, worst possible board out there - still gets support

Yeah, I don't think 5950X is very viable on mobo with such crappy VRM lmao. Ryzen 3 5300G maybe.

Well isn't it ironic they didnt include the 5000G series...

But, they have added Renior support in a former BIOS version (A32ESC03, 2021 Dec 3rd). It seems that you can use those Zen2 APUs until newer bios supports Cezanne.

you'll most likely find them on Aliexpress eventually. A lot of ES and OEM-Only parts tend to find their way on there sooner or later.

Remember when some told everyone it isnt possbile to support Ryzen 5000 on A300 and told u need to buy a A520?

AMD such of a shit Company since Ryzen its unbeliveable

Or maybe it was the board manufacturers trying to push more product sales??

We reached out to Biostar PR company to ask why the website does not list AMD Ryzen 5000 series CPUs on the A320MH motherboard page anymore:

“Thanks for the email, we just checked with BIOSTAR and they informed us due to some reasons, they removed the update for now, we are very sorry we didn’t get the latest update from them.”

i reched out why no one other each Asrock gives a A320 support for Ryzen 5000, cause AMD have a problem with it.

Asrock get a several strickes cause they make nothing like AMD seight or Lisa Su seight, but they cant do anything cause Asrock is the industrial leadership for AMD.
Like Sapphire was it a few years ago fo AMD GPU.
