The world's leading computer brand, GIGABYTE's new generation AERO creator series laptops featuring Intel's latest 12 generation processors and RTX 30 series graphics cards have hit shelves. The dual chip approach improved processing performance by 28% vastly improving the time efficiency for creators. The newly released AERO 16 utilizes a 16:10 golden ratio 4K OLED screen and a 4 side super narrow bezel design revolutionizing the field of vision for creators. In addition to boasting a film industry standard of 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, each laptop has undergone correction and certification by color authorities, X-Rite and Pantone, before leaving the factory ensuring the most accurate color display.

The AERO 16, designed specifically for creators, also captures the essence of creators with an aesthetic, chassis carefully integrated with CNC aluminium alloy, every detail skillfully crafted by GIGABYTE designers. Coming along with the AERO 16 and AERO 17, the AERO HUB is a must-have mobile workstation for content creators.

It's a pretty awful press release indeed. Also way to short really.

4k on a 16" screen can go **** itself. give me 1920 x 1080 OLED high refresh on a 16" screen

these companies just don't get gamers anymore. useless

Agreed. Not enough practical & useful information and the single "picture" shows nothing of interest.

@ Gigabyte, are you TRYING to look like monkey's diddling a football? If you are, you're succeeding wildly.

This. They really don't get gamers.. However, to be fair, they did not mention gaming at all in the article. Still, they don't get content creators either or they would make notebooks with 19" or 20" 4k screens. Either way, Gigabyte is out of touch with their target audience.

AERO's target audience has never been gamers.
This is a content creator focused evolution of what was Designare.

I use the AERO 15.6" OLED 4K laptop, and I find the color accuracy and dynamic range very pleasing to work with, especially after proper calibration

Absolutely. No reason for 4K on any small screen. Everything would be so small. 4K is for large screens at a given distance. Large being 60in or bigger.

2560x1080p on a ultrawide 32in will look as good as 4K on a 60in TV.

"Elevate Your Vision"

Indeed, plus your blood pressure, and mostly your debt load too, since these things will probably cost an arm, leg, left testicle/mammary gland, kidney, and 1st born child, heheheh :D

Yes, I did point that out, didn't I...

15.6" is just too bloody small for the intended use case scenario of a 4k content creation system.
Its a relatively small screen to a desktop screen or a TV, but the view distance among those is also different.
At the amount of FoV it covers for me when working on, the resolution and display technology works just like my 4K desktop monitor or a 4K TV.
Sure, its not as big, but is also not intended to view from a similar distance too.

While it could be 1440p or 1800p and I could live with that, no reason for me to complain, at all. Very nice editing photos and videos with
