Help taking out screw

its on lenovo legion 5 laptop and this screw is so hard that I cant turn. Tried so many screw and now the head is very hard to turn. How to take this screw out?

Looks extremely stripped... you may have to just snap off the plastic around it.

There are special pliers for this, or carefully drill the head till one can snap it off, then use normal pliers on what remains; there are also screw extractors

There are many alternatives to dealing with stripped heads.

You might be able to force a flathead in to the little parts of the head that is left.
Or you could cut out a groove with a small dremmel to fit with a flathead.
You can drill it out as mentioned previously, reverse drillbits can also be handy.
Sometimes you can glue a pin on to the top of the head and turn the pin.

Kinda looks like a a square bit would fit in it, would try the rubber band to as Shrek said too. Other wise for me it be dremel time but make sure you cover as much as possible and might be a good idea to take the whole thing apart and clean it if you do just in case.

Use a dremel and it's narrowest cutter and make a slot for a flat head screw driver.

Aaah just oil the screw and use a screw driver of the same format but with a bigger head. I used this technique and i worked for me

Put a rubber band in and press down hard, get easy outs, drill the head off, solder a bolt on to it, superglue bit into it. I had to do this in a Dell XPS gen 1/Inspiron 9100.

Or as said, a flathead screwdriwer and enough pressure takes care of many things.
