The pirate sea-battle online multiplayer, "Skull and Bones" by Ubisoft, is on its way to become the first PC game to feature performance enhancements from all three GPU brands—NVIDIA DLSS, AMD FSR, and Intel XeSS. Ubisoft also put out the system requirements for the four main quality-levels of the game—1080p Low, 1080p High, 1440p High, and 4K. The GPU requirements are fairly steep for 1080p High and 1440p High; and you'll need at least an RTX 3080 or RX 6800 XT for 4K premium experience. The only available Arc GPU you can buy right now is the A380, and this probably meets the 1080p Low requirements. The PC version of Skull and Bones includes ray-traced global illumination, HDR, uncapped FPS, support for ultra-widescreens, and an in-game benchmark.

Assassin's Creed Black Flag ?

Yale might not like this naming too much.

Very keen to see what XeSS has to offer, really hoping it's not DOA but hope often isn't enough.

What?! All this PCMR goodness is ONLY for S&B cinematics but, as usual, Ubi fails, HARD, today on its gameplay' visuals.

Sea of Thieves clones? :p

So Ubi only have this stuff implemented for cinematics? Doesn’t sound legit.

I’d argue Ubi have some of the best visuals, especially considering the intended market. Siege for example still looks great and performs well.

Need to wait for what this intel XeSS has to offer wrt to its competitor. Hope XeSS doesn't disappoint like initial DG2 results and drivers :)

I have the cpu for 4k but the gpu for 1080 low......

When's it releasing?

While I would preferred to see FSR 2.0, this is how games should be from now and on. To support at least one top upscaling tech, in this case DLSS and at least one or two more wide accessible techs, like FSR and XeSS.

P.S. Developers are doing with RayTracing what they where doing with PhysX. With PhysX we had, for example, Batman walking through a bunch of paper. Here the wooden deck of the ship shines, as if it is in fact cheap plastic stuff, from IKEA, that looks like wood.
