Modern professionals are more at ease when it comes to adapting to new technologies. With the constant changes in working rhythms, spaces and styles, MMD, the leading display specialist and brand license partner for Philips monitors, launches a new series of models designed to meet these dynamic needs. The Philips monitors 34B1U5600CH, 24B1U5301H, and 27B1U5601H offer a wide array of features that ensure convenience for video conferences, productivity, and comfort in every type of workplace, prioritising connectivity and multi-tasking.

"Philips monitors is committed to offering its professional users everything they need to get the most out of every workday. The 24B1U5301H, 27B1U5601H and 34B1U5600CH provide a robust range of features to foster maximum productivity at home or at the office while protecting the users' comfort and wellbeing with technologies that enhance virtual collaboration and multi-tasking. A plus that will delight many is that these models are kind to the planet and easy on the energy bills." says Artem Khomenko, Head of Product Management at MMD-Monitors Displays.

An everyday professional ally
The Philips 24B1U5301H, 27B1U5601H and 34B1U5600CH are designed to facilitate every task, delivering bright, vivid pictures and excellent image quality to please even the most demanding CAD-CAM, 3D graphics, or photography professionals. All three models deliver crisp visuals and come with extra wide viewing angles of 178/178°, either thanks to IPS (24" and 27" models) or VA technology (34" model). Both the 34" and 27" models offer a CrystalClear resolution - the 34B1U5600CH at UWQHD (3440x1440) and the 27B1U5601H at WQHD (2560x1440) - thus meeting even the most discerning professionals' expectations in a high-end display.

Connectivity and multi-tasking are prioritised, thanks to innovative technologies such as the USB Type C one-cable-docking port, which enables simultaneous high-speed data transfer, networking, and notebook charging. The MultiClient Integrated KVM switch allows users to control two separate PCs with a single monitor-keyboard-mouse set-up and gives them the ability to toggle between sources at the push of a button. While DisplayPort-out is yet another feature that simplifies the workday by allowing users to daisy chain their monitors. Last but not least, the USB 3.2 hub allows for a faster and more complete output for peripherals, minimising cable clutter.

Virtual collaboration is facilitated by all three models thanks to features like a built-in 5MP webcam, noise-cancelling microphone, and speakers. While the microphone and speakers ensure clear communications, the webcam protects users' privacy through its physical switch and is equipped with advanced sensors for swift and secure Windows Hello facial recognition.

And because long hours of computer work can quickly take their toll, whether working from home or the office, the Philips 24B1U5301H, 27B1U5601H, and 34B1U5600CH provide both visual and ergonomic comfort in the form of a tilt, swivel, and height-adjustable base and the TUV Eye Comfort certification to reduce eye fatigue. The models also feature PowerSensor for up to 80% energy cost reduction and LightSensor for the perfect brightness at any ambient setting.

Pricing and availability
The Philips 24B1U5301H, 27B1U5601H, and 34B1U5600CH will be available for purchase from end of October at the price of £369.99, £459.99 and £619.99 respectively.

Does it come with duct tape to cover the camera?

No word of it. However the press release states that there is a physical switch for the camera -- something not frequently seen.

unless its a mechanical switch (1p1t, etc,) not buying into that.

Hopefully a physical slide infront of the camera. My Lenovo laptop has it, feels much better despite knowing that thing doesn't see any noteworthy action...

Can someone please offer a 21:9 4200 x 1800 monitor with full AdobeRGB/DCI-P3 gamut, 120Hz refresh, dual USB-C, delE < 2 out of the box.
