For the second time ever, the leaders of North and South Korea met to talk about the state of the country. The conversation at one point or another turned to the leader of South Korea asking for internet access for South Korean companies operating in a North Korean industrial district. Kim Jong-Il's response:
I'm an Internet expert too. It's all right to wire the industrial zone only, but there are many problems if other regions of the North are wired. If that problem is addressed, there is no reason not to open (web access).
Kim Jung-Il did not elaborate on what those problems were, but it might have something to do with the explicit ban on any citizen of North Korea to access the internet or use a mobile phone, outside of the government.

Kim is a communist pig. I cant believe that North Korea does not have access to the internet though...Are you sure it just isnt restricted to certain regions?

i think this is just a canard to remind people chairman Kim is still around.

I know he's a f*cktard but recently he seems to be taking more and more steps don't you think. Maybe as he's got to his age he's finally realising power isn't the only goal in life. Perhaps the welfare of the people you are supposed to govern is. Maybe now he is going to turn things around- albeit slowly.

Nah, he has a Napoleon complex, they'll suffer forever.

if Chairman Kim suffers from Napoleon complex what does Bush suffer from? Moronic disorder? some forms of Communism are quite beneficial to everyone E.G.; the national Health service, Chairman Kim is an example of a negative.
