I paid like 35.us for 12 side buttons on my redragon 901 and have 3 that have been kicking it for years now.
I just don't get the weirdos buying these high dollar barely have features devises

The Basilisk series is a heavier mouse lineup that focuses on right-handed comfort. DeathAdder is a lighter (50% lighter compared to the former) all-arounder mouse.

Viper is the FPS/RTS-focused lightweight ambidextrous lineup.

I think the ambidextrous approach is pretty appealing. And that's a pretty substantial weight difference but in your opinion, at what point do you think light is too light**? I switch between The Basilisk V2 and G502x and there's a noticeable difference, the 502 always ends up feeling cheap even though it's pretty decent.

**I know weight =/= quality but there is a mental perception at least to me.

No problem. I don't take part in useless arguments or call out people for not being informed. Not everyone knows everything.

Weight is mostly subjective. Some people like hefty mice because of the resistance without relying too much on their muscles in the hand and arm. Others like having lighter mice (like myself) because of the opposite, relying more on arm movement for accurate control. What weight is comfortable for you is totally up to you.

I currently switch between a Pro X Superlight and G303 Shroud. They're both lightweight FPS-oriented mice (61g vs 75g), but the unusual diamond shape of the G303 is nice for everyday work while I use the Superlight for competitive Apex/Valorant/FPS play. I do use glass mousepads though so I have minimal resistance when moving around.

PTFE feet on a glass mousepad is pretty quick and I believe has the least resistance. Glass feet on a speed clothed mousepad should be about the same or just a little more resistant, but more comfortable for resting your arm on. Again really up to personal preference.

My VPTFE feet are showing some minor scratching SteelSeries QcK Hard Mat. Though I think it may be the dust (I can feel it when it happens brush it away and it's fine again) but just ordered a glass pad. You've peaked my interest.

I have the viper pro which is really light, but I'd still want it lighter. Lots of people like me with carpal issues, using an 80 or 100g mouse is really painful, especially for some fast paced games like dots 2 apex etc

Personally I like heavier mice, I have the rival 710 as a backup, I just can't use it
