My old MSI 1080 Ti card looked exactly like this, except for the red stripes.

Exactly that is literally the ONLY reason I would have for buying a 115W Ada with 8GB on it.

My old MSI 1080 Ti card looked exactly like this, except for the red stripes.
These do look a lot cheaper and more gaudy, all those diagonal stripes on the all black... its a mess. The above is a thing of art, is vintage, and on top of that has an actual capable GPU underneath.
This 1080ti is a GPU shroud that's trying to be a dragon breathing fire. I say mission accomplished, its a brand imagery match and the flames even light up red :D

That shroud looks kinda like older Kepler series cards from MSI. I actually liked the design.

But the shroud or looks of the GPU does not matter that much if the actual computing power of it is just miserable :)
