Well Sapphire isn't really the first company anyway - GeCube has already got some AGP 2400s and 2600s

things catered to select markets usually are more expensive but AGP users should be happy a major company is still churning out new products for them. Kudos to AMD.

maybe so. but i wasnt too happy when i went down my local hardware hut looking for a AGP BLiss 7900GS+ only to find out that they were more expensive then a X1900XTX which was the top card at the time. select or not. you dont see people selling an P3 or an XP Athlon CPU for 400quid

AGP cards like these have Rialto bridge chips and are to be expected to cost more than their PCI-E counterparts; more components=greater cost unfortunately

lol, well with the new dual core gpu's coming up from ati, i dont think sapphire will be trying any more dual gpu cards, the dual x1950 pro is freaking huge..

Img lad to see companies still supporting AGP. IT was a champ in its day and kicked it out like none other. REgretfully, I say that in the near future, they may want to quit supporting it. By then, it will be too costly and keep the prices up when they should be lower.
