Intel 14th Gen Core CPU series leaks continue to emerge this week—MSI let slip an NDA slide during a livestream a few days ago, and now a retail outlet in the Ukraine has listed six Raptor Lake-S Refresh SKUs on its online store, as spotted by the ever watchful momomo_us. The placeholder product pages that have popped up on Telemart seemingly provide us with yet another look at SKU names, basic specifications, cache sizes, as well as maximum clock speeds. These appear to reaffirm information gleaned from previous leaks regarding 14th generation K and KF models.

Intel's Innovation 2023 event is set to take place on September 19 to 20—where Team Blue is expected to make a big presentation on Raptor Lake Refresh processor ranges (as well as Meteor Lake), so it is somewhat surprising to see retail listings appear well in advance of next month's official announcements, and the anticipated 14th Gen Core K-series product launch in October.

VideoCardz has kindly collated the specs and updated their infographics with the information sourced from Telemart's Raptor Lake Refresh container page:
  • Core i5-14600K (BX8071514600K): 14 cores, 3.5 GHz base, 5.3 GHz boost, 24 MB cache, 125 W TDP
  • Core i7-14700K (BX8071514700K): 20 cores, 3.4 GHz base, 5.6 GHz boost, 33 MB cache, 125 W TDP
  • Core i9-14900K (BX8071514900K): 24 cores, 3.2 GHz base, 6.0 GHz boost, 36 MB cache, 125 W TDP

Speculative pricing has been leaked by momomo_us in a reply to his original tweet:

These figures indicate price jumps from current generation Raptor Lake SKUs to equivalent 14th Gen successors.

I don't see the i9-14900KS 6.2GHz on the list? Or it will be a teaser September 20 demo and then officially launched at CES 2024 one year after 13KS.....13900KS was demonstrated September 20th 2022 and launched @CES 2023.... In stores January 12th...

KS probably has a staggered launch as always.....

My Z790 Refresh should be out by Black Friday 2023...."MSI MEG Z790 ACE MAX" motherboard with WiFi 7 and other goodies...

Raptor Lake Refresh is launched with WiFi 7 and officially supports DDR5 6400MHz with upgraded security and memory controller another tweaks....the last best LGA 1700 socket you can buy...

Cheers

Don't know about on B660....but I do know that 14th gen is backwards compatibility with Z690 & Z790 with a bios update. All Refresh Z790 Chipset with WiFi 7 come with the Bios Update out of the box 14th gen support.

The big seller will be the 14700K

I myself upgrading from my old 9900KS/Z390 to 14900KS/Z790 should be a huge performance leap.

There is no 14900ks, they can't improve more raptor lake and the clock limit is again 6ghz

Hmm interesting that you claim Intel DLVR Technology does nothing. Raptor Lake Refresh is all about DLVR Technology (Digital Linear Voltage Regulator) thus the 200MHz boost @same TDP there claims wait and see for results I guess.

Link please to no 14900KS

Not really sure if I want to jump onto these CPU with E-cores, I hear people say they just disable them to play games, I don't want things to be complicated, I'm a plug and play person. Plus, I'm a mini itx board person only, if they don't come up with some interesting Z790-I or B760-I refreshes, I don't think I will bother.

Do you seriously are from this guys, who believe that the TDP on the box of Intel's CPUs mean something?

SkyLake has been gone for years!

Raptor Lake Refresh - (Raptor Cove P-Cores & Gracemont E-Cores) both have higher clocks thanks to DLVR Technology.

Cheers

Believe what exactly?

14KS 6.2GHz 150w TDP with 253w LN2 mode that probably can handle upto 450w decent Cooling?

"Why are people so concerned about power if you have a good power supply and good Cooling?"

I myself purchased MSI MEG Ai1300P PCIE5 PSU (ATX 3.0 / PCIe 5.0) and custom Cooled By EK.

I'm planning on using around 1100w with a push around 105A 12v+ Rail should be super stable 14KS 6.5GHz or all P-Cores 6GHz stability we will see...

I pushed my 9900KS to 5.3GHz Cooled By EK.

I'm very excited to OC with Intel DLVR Technology should be very optimized.

Cheers

I just looked up gracemont, wow the ecores are even made on Intel 7 node. interesting. it's going to be really interesting to see what Arrow Lake brings.

Arrow Lake should be like Alder Lake bottom end of the socket.... Arrow Lake is on new Intel V1 Socket (LGA 1851) Z890 & Z990

I myself would wait for stability of Intel Nm....next time would be Intel 18A (5nm++) not sure if 18A will make it on LGA 1851 or it will be on next-gen Intel V2 Socket (LGA 2551) Z1090 & Z1190 or whatever they call it in 3 years from now.

I would skip the hole First Gen Fiasco Intel Chiplets and short lived Intel 4 (7nm+) and most people do even know Intel reserved Intel 3 (7nm++) for GPUs....will push Intel 20A (5nm +) with PowerVia for CPUs.

Cheers

Only idiots disable E-Cores. They don't negatively effect gaming performance, they barely increase power consumption and thermals (at least on my 13600K) while offering massive performance improvements in everything except gaming.

There really isnt any change vs the 13th gen, higher clocks only.

Because this CPU has never been even rumored or confirmed, and is very unlikely to exist - the 13900KS was already exceptionally carefully binned. The 14900K comes with the exact same settings, so either buy a 13900KS or a 14900K, they'll be the same.

There's also no mention of the DLVR function even at this late a stage, so it's extremely unlikely that this will ever happen

You don't need to disable them. In fact, in most situations you will actually lose performance but disabling them, cause games - games that use lots of cores make heavy use of them. Spiderman remastered, cyerpunk, the last of us, modern warfare, etc.

Sure....but I have to have my 14900KS first working, most likely in January.

wait a sec so no 6p+0e core chips?
You have to take this article with a grain of salt....it's also an Russian rumored resource...as for other people just biased opinions until officially launched September 20th.

Guess we find out September 20th...Raptor Lake Refresh launch party...Let's see if there is a 6.2GHz Demo their??.... (1 year after 13KS demo was shown)

"Intel never launched KS with series ever!"

Intel launched 13KS @CES 23...in stock January 12th......let's see one year later if you're correct or not... if the "14KS 6.2GHz" is real.

Until then it's all here say.

Cheers
