The game looks Florida on spring break during covid lock downs. I don't know if that's good or bad, but in terms of video game entertainment for a GTA game it looks spicy. Can't wait to hijack a airboat hold someone hostage and feed them to the gators then go to a strip club and do some blow off of a strippers *** and bump into a detective I punch in the face while I slip out the back door stealing a luxary ride in the process and parking it in a chop shop before checking into the hotel across the street for some good peace and quiet while cop sirens wail on by 60 seconds too late because I'm gone in flash and have euro-stepped their pursuit and already checked out to sleep for the night.

I think it was the same for GTA 5, anyway just realized I was still a child when that game was released, they skipped an entire generation of consoles and we're mid way through the next one.

Even though I think the same of the Degenerative edition of this game, I will probably play it as soon as it comes to the PC and will probably like it like the previous titles as well. The immersion can only be bigger and better compared to previous titles IMO.

So wild to have 12 years in-between releases, there is no way it will live up to expectations.

I know, that has been my main problem with Rockstar recently. 2 games in over 10 years is ridiculous considering how big the company is and its really damaged alot of peoples perception of them. I can't believe we have had the same game for so long re-released a multiple times and that people are still playing the multiplayer in the numbers it is considering how little they have done to the online.

I can't believe I was still in college at the time and now I have a wife and child and in my early 30's. The fact they skipped PS4, XBX 1, and are barely hitting the tail end of Series X and PS5 is blowing my mind.

Well, it boils down to intersectional politics. See, women cannot be hot, because that would attract the male gaze, and that enables the sexist racist patriarchy. But hot men, you see, are attractive to women, and that's empowering, so that's OK.

It happens all over media. Look at the marvel movies, where men are all ripped hunks while women are desexualized to the point of being planks of wood.

We all saw this coming. The gaming industry has been totally neutered by a mass of consooomers who cant stand being made even the slightest bit uncomfortable in any respect. Guarantee the writing will be filled with "zoomer humor" lulrandom garbage and millenial "quip" writing.

Yep, I agree as its ruining what made games fun. It would be one thing if they were being choozy on what they made fun of, however the fun of these games was noone would escape the ridicule in some way. I have a feeling its going to be much more serious for some things and very choosey what gets made fun of now.

I am agitated its still 2 years out... Like come on, 12 years is a ridiculous amount of time. I will be lucky to play the next one with my grandkids...

Yeah, it was kinda the same for me too. I was fresh out of college and started working as a young software engineer.
By the time GTA 6 comes, in the meantime I have gotten married and have a 5 yo and 3 yo daughters, and 1 more on the way. The youngest one will be 2 by the time GTA 6 comes out to PC. I will be in my mid 30's by then as well.
