NZXT, a leader in PC gaming hardware and services, today unveiled its latest gaming gear: the Function 2 Keyboards and the Lift 2 Series Mice. Focusing on high performance, precision, and user-centric design that empower gamers to play to their full potential. NZXT's Function 2 keyboards epitomize the brand's dedication to elite gaming performance. Featuring an 8,000 Hz polling rate and rapid linear 40 g optical switches with adjustable actuation at either 1 mm or 1.5 mm, they ensure every gamer can fine-tune their experience. For people who want to customize their keyboard, hot-swappable switch sockets allow for gamers to effortlessly change switches with four 35 g and four 45 g optical switches using the provided keycap and switch puller tools, eliminating any need for soldering. Additionally, each keyboard comes equipped with two supplementary switch types with different actuation forces, allowing immediate experimentation and personalization.

But performance isn't the only focus of the Function 2 series. Durability and style are intertwined, thanks to the doubleshot PBT keycaps featuring crisp, fade-resistant legends. The improved pre-lubed switches and plate-mounted stabilizers guarantee smooth, solid keystrokes. To further elevate the user experience, a dual layer of sound-dampening foam has been integrated to absorb unwanted noise. The keyboard's top plate, crafted from thick aerospace-grade aluminium, adds both strength and style. Moreover, with a standard bottom row, the Function 2 supports aftermarket keycaps, broadening customization options.

Gamers also have the choice of full size or NZXT's MiniTKL layouts, tailoring their keyboard to their setup.

Lift 2 Mice
NZXT's Lift 2 mice series redefine precision, boasting an ultra-lightweight form—just 58 grams for the Symm and 61 grams for the Ergo. The impressive 8,000 Hz polling rate captures clicks and movement up to 8x faster than most gaming mice. Optical switches guarantee instantaneous and reliable clicks, while the 26,000 DPI optical sensor ensures impeccable tracking across all speeds and sensitivities.

These mice come equipped with a low-drag paracord cable and frictionless PTFE glide pads, enhancing smooth handling and accuracy. The Lift 2 series provides an ergonomic shape for right-handed gamers and a symmetrical design for diverse grip styles.

Furthermore, each Lift series mouse is integrated with NVIDIA Reflex, reducing system latency when paired with an NVIDIA G-Sync display and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX Graphics card in supported games.

Additionally, a limited edition Starfield variant of the Lift 2 Symm mouse and mousepad is going to be released alongside the CRFT H5 Flow Starfield case, providing fans with a cohesive setup that matches the aesthetic of the game.

Customization via NZXT CAM
NZXT CAMsoftware empowers gamers to tailor their gear. With the Function 2 keyboards, players can modify per-key RGB lighting, adjust the polling rate, and set onboard profiles. For the Lift 2 mouse, gamers can fine-tune their DPI settings and polling rate.

That's so 2005 mainstream.

Nice keyboards almost never have that, you can set it up via QMK/VIA/Vial to the few extra buttons at best (and you might have a knob as well). Well, not that these two are too nice...
