HIS today unveiled its HIS Radeon HD 3870 512MB/256bit GDDR4 (H387F512) and Radeon HD 3850 256MB/256bit GDDR3 (H385F256) video cards, advancing to the next generation of HD graphics with incredible performance, low cost and support for the latest Microsoft DirectX 10.1. Both video cards feature the same 55nm fabricated RV670 GPU and come clocked to 775MHz/2.4GHz core/memory and 668MHz/1656MHz core/memory for the HD 3870 and HD 3850 model respectively. Both cards also support the soon to be released ATI CrossFireX technology.

Error in the title there. Should read Graphics cards not 'Grapchics'

I'm very interested in the HD 3870. They say it beats the 8800 GT in many tests. Infact PowerColor Radeon HD 3850 Xtreme beats the 8800 GT in 40% of the tests and beats the 8800 GTS 320M in 90% of the tests, 8800 GTS 640M in 60% of the tests.
 
Im not sure which tests you are referring too, but all the ones Ive seen have had them either neck and neck or the 8800 GT slightly in the lead. I think in only one test did the 3870 come out on top (hdv or hqv or whatever it is) but thats all. Either way, the HD 38XX series of cards is a damn good deal. Id like to see an IceQ3 Turbo edition (that cooler is just flippin awesome)
