I don't understand you.
If I want to write a post about a dual fan card, I don't put half the photos of different products with 3 fans. What am I missing?

No it’s not about the dual fan card.
The title talks about pulse only but the post talks about all 3 sapphire cards.
So whats the big deal? Was it misleading?

The post title is explained in the first paragraph of the article. The first photo is obviously the one relevant to the headline and the other photos are relevant to the first paragraph and therefore relevant to the article as a whole.

The irony is that you signature is about free English lessons as if you're a master of English, yet you're failing at basic English context; A headline's purpose is to quickly and briefly draw attention to the story, it is not, by itself, the whole story. In this case, the reveal of the PULSE model is the newest and most unique information, i.e. it's news. News has worked that way for longer than any of us have been alive.

The rest of the information beyond the reveal of the PULSE model was previously covered in earlier articles but added as context to the article because expecting everyone to read everything and never miss any previous articles is a very unrealistic expectation.
