LIAN LI Industrial Co. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of chassis and PC accessories, unveils the LANCOOL 207 Digital, a clever approach to rethinking the layout of an ATX case. It is now equipped with a 6-inch customizable LCD to personalize and monitor CPU and GPU temperatures, etc. The chassis maintains an optimized front-mounted PSU design, pre-installed high-performance fans, and extensive cooling support, the LANCOOL 207 Digital offers a sleek and functional solution for PC builders at an affordable price of $109.99.

The LANCOOL 207 Digital features a 6-inch LCD seamlessly integrated into the front panel's base, providing both functionality and personalization. The screen boasts a 720x1600 resolution, a 60 Hz refresh rate, and a brightness of 500 nits, ensuring crisp and vivid visuals. Controlled through L-Connect 3 software, users can monitor their system's CPU, GPU, and fan performance metrics at a quick glance. They also can select from dynamic backgrounds and pre-made displays that are fully customizable with personal videos or background images to match their setup's aesthetic. In addition to customization, the display also serves as a secondary screen via a USB connection, offering added versatility for multitasking or system monitoring. In Offline mode, the LCD remains functional even when the system is powered off, displaying the time and date for continuous utility.

Unique Motherboard and PSU Layout
Retaining its predecessor's innovative internal layout, the LANCOOL 207 Digital features a recessed motherboard design and a front-mounted PSU, optimizing space utilization and airflow within the chassis. This configuration maximizes clearance for high-end GPUs and keeps the case size to a minimum while providing easy access to the PSU ports, streamlining the building experience for both novice and experienced PC enthusiasts.

Enhanced Airflow Design
Same as the LANCOOL 207, the LANCOOL 207 Digital is designed with great cooling right out of the box, featuring two pre-installed 140 mm high-airflow PWM fans at the front and two 120 mm PWM fans at the bottom to ensure immediate heat dissipation to the GPU. Furthermore, the case supports up to a 360 mm radiator at the top, providing ample options for liquid cooling enthusiasts to maximize their thermal performance.

Availability
The LANCOOL 207 Digital is available on April 18th, 2025, in black only, with an MSRP of $109.99. For more information, visit the product page.

Now make regular black variant available without the RGB fans.

It would be better to have some more PSU space, of at least 10 mm (as now - it's the best to have 150 mm or less power supply unit), than a display...

Hummm.... well.....

lookalikeaboxen.....

soundalikeaboxen.....

smellalikeaboxen.....

Guess what ? It IS a boxen, albeit with an LCD stuck on the front, which of course, needs some mfgr software to fully utilize.....which hopefully is better than iClueLess and the other bloated garbaggiolas that are thrust upon us....

But OTOH, they included 4 fans and kept the price reasonable, so there's that :D

Does anyone know whatever happened to W11 supposedly bringing integrated OS-level control of lighting/fans ect....I don't recall hearing much about it since launch day ?

I still remember the Lian Li cases of old. This isn't one of them.

I have 2 of the 207 with the non display.

My reasons for liking it are that it is the right size for me, big enough (depth) but not "big", other reasons is that it has solid cooling and is relatively cheap.
I also like the fact that you don’t have to worry about positive or negative air pressure with this case, the back of the case is very porous making positive pressure a good thing with this case.

My dislikes, are a little subjective, I would have liked for it to accommodate rear connecting motherboards and would not have minded the case being a little wider to do so.

I have also always liked bigger fans for obvious reasons, and while the front supports 2 x 140mm fans, I would like to see it handle even bigger fans on the front, though I appreciate it would require a mostly PSU rethink.

Also subjective is that it is a little plain looking...
