How about DLAA (aka 100% render scale), could you run that also?
Please

At 400 W? Yes I can run it for you

Here it is, frame rate is very poor IMHO

S***, we need a 7090 for that (100% render scale at 4K), by the looks of it!
The PS6 era can't come soon enough!

Thank you @Dr. Dro, much obliged!

Could you go higher than 400W, or just leave it at default state?

The way it's going a 9090

400 W is minimum power state, 600 W is the default. I'll try to run it later, doing some work right now.

Sure, here you go. Thanks for reminding me

Holy cow, it scales pretty decently from 400 to 600w. ~18% extra performance. Was it actually consuming 600 watts during the run?

Don't wanna bother but whenever you feel like it post another one fully oced balls to the wall - wanna see if it is over 40% faster than a 4090

I did not measure, just ran it without the power limit enabled. But it is likely. I'm running it on air, so I'm not gonna OC it for now. Might look at UV sometime.

This is mine with the OC I've been running daily for gaming,+270, +3000 using the old benchmark they released originally. Not sure if it runs any faster/slower than the full version or not.

My card is shunt modded though and peaked around 660w that you can see in the HWINFO screenshot. A lot of games gain quite a bit anyway since these cards tend to start dropping voltage around 500w.

I can't remember what my 4090 scored in this.

665W! Amazing build, man. With the 14th gen KS too :lovetpu:

Wonder how does Win11 affect the 5090's performance, but I'm just so skeptical of it right now. I was having issues with my rig the last time I used it. I'm waiting until the next milestone hits RTM to try it again.

Best performance I've found is in Win11 24H2 LTSC which I used to make that run. Found my 4090 from back quite a while ago. Almost 40%, but not quite. Can't remember if that 4090 run was on stable clocks or just stable enough to complete it, probably just stable enough to complete so might be 40% if I really pushed the 5090.

What kind of freefall is this? Still $600 US over MSRP. Similar story in Australia, prices are coming down but still at least $1000 AU over MSRP (and up to $2000 over) when bought individually.

Lol if you go back a month or so ago the cheapest available 5090 was available on Ebay for $3500 a month before then it was about $4000. Today the cheapest available on is $2759. That's a $1250 swing within a few months and $750 swing just a month or so ago. If that's not a freefall fall in the market I'm not sure what is.

I think the market is so FU that a slow decline towards where it should be now counts as freefall. Over here, prices on average are dropping $100 AU per week and it's slowly approaching $5k for the base models. Now for the fun part: for practically the same money you can order a 7800X3D based PC including the 5090. How that makes sense, IDK.
