Older games... how old are we talking here, In 2013 the GTX Titan's 6 GB was considered to be comically overkill, just read W1zzard's review of it here at TPU.

Jeez that's too old. I was thinking things like modded Skyrim and various VR games. I already use around 2GB for my DE either way so with 8GB I'd be in trouble with a lot of games.
 
4060 level is enough for CSGO and other e sport title at 1080p low settings according to nvidia and amd

I'm rooting for them! It will be beneficial for us individual users artists and gamers alike if China floods the market with cheap commercial gpu's the same way they do with EVs.
